About the company

Eleven years of keeping local businesses working

Ironvale Technology Group is an independently owned IT services firm based at 4950 Bel Meadow Drive, Pomona, CA 91766. We are not a franchise, not a reseller front, and not part of a national roll-up.

Our story

Started on a bench, grown on referrals

Ironvale began in 2014 as a one-person repair bench serving small offices around Pomona. The first contracts came from customers who had brought in a broken laptop and then asked whether we could look at the office network as well. That order — hardware first, infrastructure second — still shapes how we work: we like to understand the machines people actually use before we redesign anything above them.

By 2018 the majority of revenue came from monthly managed agreements rather than break-fix work, and we moved into the current premises on Bel Meadow Drive with a proper bench, a stock room and a small lab. Today the team supports around 180 endpoints under contract across roughly two dozen client organisations, with the largest being a forty-seat professional services firm and the smallest a four-person specialist practice.

We have never taken outside investment and we have never bought another company's client book. Every organisation we support chose us, and almost all of them arrived through a referral from another client, an accountant or an insurance broker.

What we believe about IT work

Good IT is boring. If we are doing the job properly you should think about us during a quarterly review and at almost no other time. That means favouring simple, well-documented, widely supported technology over anything clever; replacing hardware on a schedule instead of at failure; and being honest when the right answer is to spend nothing.

It also means writing things down. Every environment we manage has a maintained diagram, an asset register, a credential vault and a runbook. This is unglamorous work that clients rarely see, and it is the difference between a 20-minute recovery and a lost day.

Standards

Commitments we hold ourselves to

Transparent pricing

Rates are published on this website. Quotes are one page. We do not charge for travel inside our stated coverage area or for time spent on our own tooling.

Your data stays yours

We do not sell, share or monetise any client data. Documentation and credentials are exported to you quarterly and handed over in full if you leave.

Vendor neutrality

We hold no rebate arrangements that would influence a recommendation. Where we resell hardware, the handling fee is stated separately on the invoice.

Honest capacity

We turn away work when the calendar is full rather than accept it and under-deliver. If we are not the right size for you, we will say so and suggest who might be.

Documented everything

Every managed environment has a maintained network diagram, asset register and recovery runbook. New engineers are onboarded from those documents, not from memory.

Responsible disposal

Retired equipment is wiped to a documented standard and recycled through a certified California e-waste handler. Certificates are issued on request.
