1. Who we are
Ironvale Technology Group ("Ironvale", "we", "us") is an information technology services company registered and operating in the State of California, with its place of business at 4950 Bel Meadow Drive, Pomona, CA 91766. The owner and data controller for the purposes of this policy is Kasey Loftus. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and what rights you have.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Enquiry details. When you complete the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the service you selected, the approximate size of your organisation and the content of your message.
- Newsletter details. If you subscribe to our monthly summary, we hold the email address you supply and the date of subscription.
- Client and engagement records. If you become a client, we hold contact details for your authorised staff, billing information, service tickets, asset inventories and technical documentation relating to your environment.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, browser user agent, requested page, referring page and timestamp of each request. These logs exist for security and diagnostic purposes and are retained for a limited period.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies store your cookie consent choice in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you consent. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, we do not collect biometric data, and we do not ask website visitors for financial account details.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
| Purpose | Data used | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations | Contact and enquiry details | Steps taken at your request prior to a contract |
| Delivering contracted IT services and support | Client and engagement records | Performance of a contract |
| Invoicing, accounting and tax records | Billing information | Legal obligation |
| Sending the monthly summary email | Email address | Your consent, withdrawable at any time |
| Website security, abuse prevention and diagnostics | Server logs | Our legitimate interest in a secure service |
| Measuring website performance and advertising effectiveness | Analytics and advertising cookie data | Your consent |
4. Advertising and measurement
We may advertise our services on search engines and other platforms, including the Microsoft Advertising network. Where we run such campaigns and you have consented to marketing cookies, a measurement tag may record that you arrived from an advertisement and whether you subsequently submitted an enquiry. This measurement is aggregate in nature; we do not receive your name or contact details from the advertising platform, and we do not use it to build profiles about individuals. If you decline marketing cookies, no advertising tag is loaded and you can still use every part of this website.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the preceding twelve months. We disclose information only to:
- Service providers who host this website, deliver our email, process payments or provide the professional tools used to support clients, each bound by contract to handle data only on our instructions;
- Professional advisers such as our accountant or legal counsel, where necessary;
- Authorities where we are required to do so by law, court order or lawful request, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
6. How long we keep it
- Unconverted enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not re-add you.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and seven years afterwards, to meet accounting and professional obligations.
- Technical documentation and credentials: securely destroyed within 30 days of the end of an engagement, unless you ask us to retain them.
- Server logs: generally 30 to 90 days depending on the log type.
7. Security
We apply the controls we recommend to clients: enforced multi-factor authentication on all business accounts, encrypted storage and transmission, least-privilege access, a managed password vault, endpoint detection on every company device, patching within defined windows and encrypted, tested backups. Access to client documentation is restricted to the engineers assigned to that client. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat our own environment as in scope for the same standards we sell.
8. Your rights
Residents of California have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, including the right to know what personal information we hold and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Where other laws apply to you, we will honour equivalent rights in good faith.
To make a request, email marketing@news.pakcomputersolution.com with the subject line "Privacy request" or call 909-292-2279. We will verify your identity by a means proportionate to the request and respond within 45 days, extending once where permitted and telling you if we do. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for written proof of authorisation.
9. International visitors
Our services are directed to businesses in the United States and our systems are operated in the United States. If you contact us from outside the country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Do Not Track and global signals
This website honours the Global Privacy Control signal where a browser sends one, treating it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Because we neither sell nor share, the practical effect is that no advertising cookie is set for those visitors.
11. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least annually and whenever our practices change materially. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing clients are notified by email as well as posted here.
