1. Our commitment

Ironvale Technology Group intends this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We treat accessibility as part of building the site properly rather than as an add-on, and we test it as part of every substantive update.

2. Standard we aim for

We aim to conform substantially to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. We assess conformance ourselves using a combination of automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing; we have not commissioned an independent audit, and we say so rather than imply a certification we do not hold.

3. What we have implemented

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements, and full keyboard operability including the navigation menu, accordions and the cookie banner.
• Text and interface colours checked against their backgrounds for adequate contrast.
• Descriptive alternative text on informative images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields with persistent visible labels rather than placeholder-only labelling, and error guidance in text.
• Full support for the prefers-reduced-motion setting: when it is enabled, animations and transitions are disabled site-wide.
• Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels and tolerates 200% text zoom.

4. Known limitations

Embedded third-party content, such as a mapping service opened from our contact page, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Some longer technical articles contain tables that require horizontal scrolling on very narrow screens; we are working to restructure these.

5. Alternatives

If any part of this website prevents you from getting the information you need, we will supply it another way at no cost. Call 909-292-2279 during business hours or email marketing@news.pakcomputersolution.com and we will provide the content by telephone, plain-text email or printed copy, whichever suits you.

6. Feedback and enforcement

We welcome reports of accessibility barriers and treat them as defects. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We acknowledge reports within two business days and aim to remedy confirmed issues within thirty days, telling you if something will take longer and why.
