Terms of Service

The terms governing use of this website and the general conditions under which Ironvale Technology Group supplies services.

Last updated: July 31, 2026 · Applies to http://news.pakcomputersolution.com/ and to services provided by Ironvale Technology Group, 4950 Bel Meadow Drive, Pomona, CA 91766. Questions: marketing@news.pakcomputersolution.com or 909-292-2279.

1. Acceptance

By accessing http://news.pakcomputersolution.com you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These website terms are separate from any signed service agreement; where a signed agreement exists between you and Ironvale Technology Group, that agreement governs the services and prevails over anything on this page in the event of conflict.

2. Use of this website

You may view, print and download material from this site for your own business evaluation. You may not scrape it at volume, republish substantial portions commercially, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material. We reserve the right to restrict access where these terms are breached.

3. Information accuracy and pricing

We take care to keep service descriptions and prices current, but figures shown on this website are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices exclude California sales tax where applicable, exclude third-party licence and hardware costs unless stated, and may be adjusted for site conditions found during assessment. A written quotation issued by us is valid for 30 days and is the definitive statement of scope and price.

4. Service terms in outline

  • Engagement. Managed service agreements begin with an initial three-month term and continue month to month thereafter, terminable by either party on 30 days' written notice.
  • Invoicing. Monthly fees are invoiced in advance; project and hourly work is invoiced on completion or by agreed milestone. Payment terms are net 15 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payment. Overdue balances may attract a service charge of 1.5% per month, and we may suspend non-critical services after written notice.
  • Client responsibilities. You agree to provide reasonable access to premises and systems, to maintain valid licences for software we support, to nominate an authorised contact for approvals, and to inform us of changes that materially affect the environment.
  • Change control. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted and approved in writing before it begins.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text, photographs, code and marks on this website are owned by or licensed to Ironvale Technology Group and may not be reproduced without permission. Documentation we produce specifically for a client — diagrams, asset registers, runbooks — belongs to that client on payment of the relevant invoices. Our own templates, tooling and internal methods remain ours.

6. Third-party products

Where we procure or configure hardware, software or cloud services from third parties, those products are supplied subject to the manufacturer's or vendor's own warranties and licence terms. We pass through warranty benefits and will handle claims on your behalf, but we do not extend or replace a manufacturer's warranty.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total aggregate liability arising from the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by you to us during that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data where a functioning backup was available or where you declined a recommended backup arrangement in writing.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, from content or data you ask us to process, or from your breach of a third-party licence we advised you to hold.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including utility and carrier outages, natural events, public emergencies, or the failure of a third-party platform, provided the affected party takes reasonable steps to mitigate and communicates promptly.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Before commencing proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through a documented escalation to the owner of Ironvale and a senior representative of the client.

11. Severability and updates

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. We may update these website terms from time to time; the version published here on the date you use the site is the version that applies.
